In the second part of the interview series with Prof. L\u00e9once Ndikumana<\/a>, Professor of Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst<\/a> and Director of the African Development Policy Program for the Political Economy Research Institute<\/a>, we examine the role that Western governments, multinational corporations and the international banking system play in regards to capital flight and odious debt in Africa. In addition we talk about alternatives policies and individual solutions that could assist in improving the domestic economies of African countries.<\/p>\n
