Seit \u00fcber 40 Jahren verfolgt die Organisation das Ziel, mit individuell auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Einzelnen abgestimmten Angeboten Menschen eine Br\u00fccke in ein selbstbestimmtes, gesundes Leben zu bauen. Die Hilfen von dieser Organisation sind im Lauf der Jahrzehnte \u00fcber die reine Pr\u00e4vention und Hilfe f\u00fcr Suchtgef\u00e4hrdete und -kranke hinaus stetig gewachsen. Einen Schwerpunkt der Arbeit bilden die Angebote f\u00fcr Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene, die sich in einer schwierigen Lebenssituation befinden. Mit indivi\u00adduell auf die Be\u00add\u00fcrfnisse der Einzelnen abgestimmten Angeboten hilft Condrobs Suchtgef\u00e4hrdeten und -kran\u00adken, aus ihrer Sucht auszu\u00adstei\u00adgen und in ein selbstbestimmtes, gesundes Leben sowie in Arbeit zur\u00fcckzu\u00adkehren.
