In this explosive conversation, investigative journalist and human rights lawyer Dimitri Lascaris speaks with Dr. Foad Izadi of the University of Tehran about the rising tensions between Washington and Tehran — and whether something deeper may be unfolding behind the scenes.
As the Epstein files resurface and political pressure intensifies in the United States, questions are being raised about the timing of diplomatic moves and military rhetoric. Is the Iran crisis purely geopolitical — or could domestic scandal, congressional constraints, and regional power dynamics be shaping the strategy? This interview examines the legal, political, and strategic stakes on all sides — and asks whether diplomacy is the real objective, or merely the prelude to something far more consequential.
