In his second report from Iran, investigative journalist and human rights lawyer Dimitri Lascaris shares his observations from Tehran, where tens of thousands gather at the Mosalla Mosque for Eid al Fitr while the country is at war. What emerges is a scene that challenges expectations. Instead of fear, there is a striking sense of determination, religious conviction, and social unity. Conversations with participants offer insight into how people view the conflict, their willingness to defend the country, and their perspective on the United States, Israel, and political actors in the region.

He was a member of the shadow cabinets of the Green Parties of Canada and Quebec. In 2020, he ran for the leadership of the Green Party of Canada and came in second. He is also the founder and editor of the YouTube channel Reason2Resist with Dimitri Lascaris.
