In this video, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Glenn Greenwald explains how, since the Snowden revelations, biometric, AI-driven, and corporate-backed surveillance systems have massively expanded while public concern has declined. He argues that governments and security agencies use fear and constantly shifting external enemies to normalize mass surveillance and the erosion of civil liberties.
