On May 4, 2025, the forces of Ansar Allah struck Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv with a missile launched from Yemen. The Netanyahu regime immediately blamed Iran for the attack and vowed retaliation against the Islamic Republic. Two days later, despite Israel’s claims that it had destroyed Iran’s air defences in an attack carried out in October of last year, Israel’s military did not strike Iran. Rather, it launched yet more attacks on civilian infrastructure in Yemen. Reporting from Tehran, Dimitri Lascaris discussed the significance of Ansar Allah’s attack on Ben Gurion and Israel’s strikes on Yemen. Lascaris also discussed developments at the Sobh Media Festival in Iran, and shared his interviews of Professor David Miller from the United Kingdom, former member of the European Parliament Clare Daly, and Norwegian Professor Glenn Diesen.
