In this video, we speak with Attorney Richard Roth, founder and partner of The Roth Law Firm. Atty. Roth is representing four plaintiffs, two lawyers and two journalists, who are suing the CIA and three co-defendants for infringing on their Fourth Amendment protections against unlawful searches and seizures. The four plaintiffs visited WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange while he was seeking asylum in England’s Ecuadorian embassy. It was at this time that the CIA contracted the private security firm UC Global to spy on and gather data from Julian Assange and all of his visitors.
