In this video, Pulitzer Prize winner Glenn Greenwald examines the hypocrisy and contradictions of US policy toward Venezuela and the so-called “war on drugs.” He shows how the Trump administration was willing to pardon Honduras’ former president Juan Orlando Hernández—one of the most powerful convicted drug traffickers in the region—while at the same time claiming to wage war on Venezuela to stop the flow of drugs into the US.
